"I have to share this cause it’s been bugging me. I’ve been shopping around for insurance cause I’m always looking for a cheaper deal a gentleman by the name of Tristan called my husband. My husband knows nothing about our finances at what I do. I just do it. he called me had a nice conversation with him. I had a nice conversation with him. I left off with I gotta give him a wind mitigation report and I sent it over. Wanted to make sure he received it. I called this office and a lovely young woman by the name of Reagan REEGYN and I say lovely and I use that term loosely answer the phone with such an unfriendly Customer Service Attitude. I asked the young salesman if this was his wife or just a receptionist he said she was part of his team. Well, if she is part of the team with the unfriendly, Customer Service attitude that she has I never would want to use this team in an emergency. I cannot believe that she’s a sales woman. I cannot believe she is in customer service. She has forgotten her role in Customer Service! I typed this review because I am sure the actual broker is unaware of Miss Reegyn’s Mannerisms to her customers, I personally would never allow a person like this to represent my company."
